How big should a 5 9 1/2 tall man's liver be in length? mine is 16.7 cm on ultrasound, which states it is enlarged, but what is normal for my height?

That would be: a borderline length, but generally the length alone is not sufficient to determine whether the liver is abnormally enlarged, because there are normal anatomic variations in which the right lobe of the liver is elongated.
