? conjunctivitis.: Sounds most like early conjunctivitis Are you otherwise healthy? Are you in contact with anyone with redeye or children in general? Antibiotic eye drops may sooth and help prevent secondary infection. But only take them if symptoms get worse. Another common cause of unilateral eye pain is Migraine. Do you suffer from migriaine?
