POSSIBILITY IS THERE: REMEMBER IF HIS LESION IS NOT BEING TREATED THE LESION HAS PLENTY OF SPORES THAT CAN BE TRANSFER TO YOUR NEW-IF IT STILL RED OR OOZING TATTOO AREA.

Depends: Ringworm is not an easily transferred germ.It requires direct contact of skin surfaces with contaminated material from the infected person.If you maintain some distance there should not be a problem.
