Vaginal elasticity?: I am assuming you mean by 'stretching the vagina" is opening the labia to wipe to wipe from front to back after urination which is correct, as the vagina itself is already elastic and doesn't require an "internal wipe". My answer may be a "stretch" to your vague question.
