Missed period: You will just have to repeat the urine test at home or see your pcp and get a blood test if you want a more accurate test.

Tubal F/U?: After your tubal ligation, did you have the recommended follow up evaluation to assure that your tubes are not patent?? If not please follow up with the GYN who did the surgery ASAP! and if you had a positive urine pregnancy test and are experiencing any pain and cramping, please go to the ER now to rule out an ectopic pregnancy
