Probable node: Could be a lymph node or salivary gland tumor pushing the ear forward. If there is fever, tenderness pain and swelling behind the ear, hearing loss, ear drainage i would be concerned about infection in the mastoid bone which needs urgent assessment. If these latter symptoms then needs urgent attention. If not and the bump persists>2-3 weeks then see ent.
