Fluid in tube: hello ~ I assume "Fallopian" tube but note it is not stated as such. As long as you have 1 Fallopian tube patent and 1 ovary ovulating and they are anatomically associated, you can fall pregnant. Having 2 increases your chances and explains natures reduncancy, but, yes, one will work for sure ! thanks

Not in that tube: You won't get pregnant from an egg traversing the left tube, and your pregnancy capability is a function of the patency status of the right tube. Water tubes (hydrosalpinx) usually affects both Fallopian tubes unless it was from a IUD tubal infection.
