Dermatologist: A dermatologist is best qualified to evaluate the eruption. I'm not aware of henoch-schonlein purpura, which is a vasculitis ,lasting that long or causing a generalized eruption. In my experience it involves the lower legs and intestinal tract. I would start the evaluation by seeing the dermatologist.
