I have these red brown spots all over my body. i have had them over 5 years. i honk it's henoch-schnlein. can you die from this?

Dermatologist: A dermatologist is best qualified to evaluate the eruption. I'm not aware of henoch-schonlein purpura, which is a vasculitis ,lasting that long or causing a generalized eruption. In my experience it involves the lower legs and intestinal tract. I would start the evaluation by seeing the dermatologist.
