Where exactly?: 28 year old gentleman with abdominal pain. When describing abdominal pain, when was the onset? What is the exact location? Upper or lower quadrant/part of abdomen?How long does it last? What is the intensity? Sharp or dull character? Any radiation? Any other symptoms such as fever, nausea and vomiting? Changes in bowel habits. Also, take time to fill in your medical history, medications please

Light brown- yellow dollar coin size spot between index finger & thumb. Not raised, not itchy nor dry. Not a liver spot. 2-3weeks to disappear.
