Carefully!: I would suggest experimenting with side to side or female on top initially. You did not specify where your fracture was; however, use pillow to support your back in all other positions.

Bak injury: It is a difficult question. Depends when you had the fracture and how bad the injury was. also if there was any neurologic deficit and if you had any surgery for the fracture. if it was a stable injury and you are symptom free ,you should fine. But the impotent issue-- do not have rough sex, be passive partner and slowly see what your comfort level is.
