Call it spotting: If one were to get some vaginal spotting around that time, and her normal regular period did not come, then that timing would be right for implantation spotting. If actual bleeding happened, similar to period bleeding, it probably wasn't implantation spotting. In any case, one must be pregnant in order to say prior spotting was due to implantation.
