Possibly.: A concussion is basically a closed head injury, or traumatic brain injury. (TBI). Blood pressure increases can increase risk to bursting aneurysm and damage in general. I recommend checking your BP , goal...under 140/90

Very unlikely: Your emotional lability is common after a head injury, but the duration of 2 months, suggests need to evaluated for a mild traumatic brain injury or even PTSD. Check in with a neuropsychologist.
