Needs an examination: There is nothing to be ashamed of. Doctors are trained to see all sorts of things. It sounds like you may be seeing some blocked glands ---kind of like small pimples. Someone needs to do an exam though to see exactly what you are referring to. A proper diagnosis can then be made and a treatment plan created.
