Testical pain whilst in bed had torsion before can it happen again?

Possible...: Torsion-related testicular pain tends to recur in a high range of degree, duration, interval, progress, evolution, & resolution of pain but going undiagnosed for months or years or even decades to reflect personal fate to meet professional acuity/ vigilance. So, it would not always manifest a classical picture as described in textbook, but not infrequently, behave as intermittent torsion.
