Off and on vision issues. eye exam showed perfect and healthy eyes. mri 3 years ago normal. can this be anxiety based? should i be worried tumor?

Don't worry: Your tests have come out normal. Bad thing tend to worsen over time and you have apparently at least a three year history of vision issues which I am guessing come and go. See your ophthalmologist every two years or so and as long as that is normal, you should have nothing to worry about.
