Alcholic gastritis: Several possibilities here including acute alcohol intoxication and alcoholic gastritis. Due to the extreme nausea and vomiting one must be concerned about electrolyte imbalance and dehydration. Your friend should seek immediate medical care. One other concern is that a drug may have been placed into her drink as well which may be causing the nausea!

Alcohol : This could be an irritation of the stomach from the alcohol. She may also have picked up a bug somewhere. Should stay on clear liquids and could try to take some Omeprazole from the store to treat the stomach. She should get checked up if not getting better soon.
