Any: That is pretty heavy bleeding! Any birth control pill will make your period a little lighter. Even better results can be had with a Mirena (levonorgestrel) IUD, Depo Provera, Nexplanon, etc. For example, on the Mirena (levonorgestrel) IUD, around 40% of women will stop having periods altogether after 1 year of use. Talk to an Ob/Gyn about your symptoms. Best wishes!
