Soon: Once you feel ready, you can start trying. Make sure your preconception status is optimized. Take prenatal vitamins with folic acid and DHA, do not smoke, drink alcohol, or use any other recreational drugs. Any medical disorders such as diabetes, hypertension, should be well controlled, hopefully your body weight is also in the optimum range, engage in regular physical activity. Best Wishes!
