No interaction: No-it's really the antibiotics that are the problem with birth control pills, because antibiotics affect the 'gut recycling' of the medication. What that means, is the levels of birth control pills can be lower than normal when on antibiotics. Pain meds are not known for that kind of effect. Hopefully you won't need any pain meds at all-that would be ideal, since everything has side effects. Ingat
