Anxiety, PMS: PMs can have Anxiety which can cause “brain fog or have trouble focusing/concentrating” Having symptoms 10 days before the period indicates stresses of life-relationship, marriage, separation, divorce, parenting, children leaving home, loneliness, work and finances; and anticipation of the period and its symptoms causing Anxiety. Consider: •Therapy •Breathing and Music Relaxation •Meditation.
