Ease into it: Walking is the best exercise. If your climated allows, walking is a good way to exercise from both a cardiovascular standpoint and to help whip yourself back into shape. Depending on you healthproblems i would ask your pcp to give you the go ahead. Than, start out slowly by walking aroung the block, than walk further until you can walk 45 minutes three to four times weakly. Watch your diet too.
