Absolutely not: The tight vaginal opening may have contained a hymen remnant and thus may have ruptured at that intercourse. One way to improve entry on the next event is to start lubricating different size tampons/applicators and dilating the opening gently. If that doesn't work, see a GYN MD and ;have them examine the area.
