Yes: Exercise, clean healthy low carb diet with plenty of water. Lean meats and lots of vegetables. No soft drinks with sugar at all. AND STICK TO IT!!

Good diet is must: Healthy low carbohydrate food is the key to preventing diabetes. Exercise definitely helps but we can't outrun a bad diet.
