Kegel's & Positions: Kegel exercises are used to "tighten the PC muscle (pubococcygeus) and elevate the opening of the vagina. A sex position change can also shorten the vagina and provide more pleasure for you with clitoral stimulation during intercourse or manually, when women are the "superior sex"( female above.) If all else fails, a GYN MD can surgically "tighten" a prolapsed bladder/vagina combination.
