You may have some: form of autonomic dysfunction (dysautonomia) not necessarily POTS. A head upright tilt table test would help to differentiate your diagnosis. An evaluation by a Cardiologist or preferably an Electrophysiologist should be helpful to treat you and alleviate your symptoms.

I am 29 and I get premature JUNCTIONAL contractions, sometimes runs of 3-8 beats. When in a run rate is 105bpm. Normal echo and electrolytes. Does the runs mean I have junctional tachycardia? I have POTS too.
