You may have some: form of autonomic dysfunction (dysautonomia) not necessarily POTS. A head upright tilt table test would help to differentiate your diagnosis. An evaluation by a Cardiologist or preferably an Electrophysiologist should be helpful to treat you and alleviate your symptoms.
