Sore throat : there are many causes of sore throat. The most common is post nasal drip. You can try an over the counter nasal steroid like Flonase and see how you are doing. If your sore throat is due to infection, you would have fevers and chills and maybe some pain with swallowing. You may also have tonsil patches of exudates which would also signify infection and the need to see a doctor. Good luck !
