Wrong question: How EXACTLY was it determined that you had low B12?If you REALLY were low, then it is important to identify WHY??? Standard B12 injection of 1000mcg is likely to last a year. To be safe it has been traditional to give a monthly injection. A daily oral dose of 1000mcg is just as effective. If you "feel bad" 2 days after B12 shot you need a better Dr and a precise diagnosis.
