Not necessarily: You could also have a yeast or bacterial infection. Need to see your doctor to determine the cause and make sure that the chlamydia has responded to the treatment. Be sure your partner is treated also before resuming sexual activity. Untreated chlamydia can have serious long term consequences like infertility. Condoms can prevent many STD's. Hope this helps.
