Keep clean, no meds: If vigorous rubbing (more likely by hand, not intercourse) then maybe superficial injury. Too soon for STD, unless the sore was about to appear anyway. If you're taking any medicines, "burn like" could be a fixed drug eruption, i.e. a localized allergy to some drugs, often shows up on the penis. Don't treat without knowing. Keep it clean and dry, get care if it gets worse or no better in 2-3 days.
