Missed cycle on OCPs: Best thing to do is check a home pregnancy test first. If negative, then just start your next pack as usual. Often, after women have been taking oral contraceptive pills for a while, the menstrual cycles become lighter and the symptoms lessen. It is possible to miss a bleeding cycle altogether too. This is nothing to worry about.
