Most likely OK: Missing birth control pills can cause your cycle to become very abnormal and will depend on how many you miss and when during the month it happens. It can also lead to unintended pregnancy; your bleeding could represent a miscarriage. A pregnancy test is recommended. If negative, resume BC as prescribed or consider a more reliable form of contraception for your lifestyle.
