No STD risk: In theory, blood borne infections like HIV or hepatitis B or C can be transmitted by sharing razors, but extremely rarely. If you remain worried, ask your roommate if he has any of these infections. For sure there is no risk of any other STD. So this is nothing to be at all worried about. The main reason to avoid sharing razors is to prevent non-STD infections like staph, strep, etc.
