Plan B: Plan b is a high dose of birth control to disrupt the hormonal patterns to delay or prevent ovulation. Abnormal bleeding after is common and expected. Start birth control and use condoms to prevent these scares in the future. If you think you might be pregnant check then check a home pregnancy test. They are cheap, reliable and available at any pharmacy.
