No: If you had a regular period, after having sex, you do not need to take plan B. If you do not wish to be pregnant, use contraception all the time, every time. You may consider implanted contraceptive, or IUD. Practice safe sex. Get HPV vaccine.

Probably not: if you had your period after after you had unprotected sex, you should probably be fine theoretically. Make sure that the period was your typical period and not a random bleed, but yeah, you should be fine
