Respiratory illness: You need a proper evaluation to determine the cause of this. The fact that you are lightheaded is my major concern. Not sure if that blood pressure is your usual BP or not, but you should go to the nearest Casualty Room (ER) and get this checked. Coughing can cause passing out. I think of germs such as influenza, pertussis, Strep pneumo etc causing these symptoms. Non-Infectious causes possible.
