A member asked:

Is it possible to have such mild ocular hsv that it doesn't show dendrites in the flueroscein blue light test? how to get a diagnosis in this case?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Possible & unlikely: I have never seen a case of ocular HSV without either blisters or dendrites. In that case the only way to be certain would be a positive viral culture.
