A member asked:

What exactly is tylenor #5? i would like to know what is the companion drug?what is the apap combo drug in tylenol (acetaminophen)

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Tylenol (acetaminophen) #5 is...: Tylenol #5 is a nonexistent item. Tylenol #3 has 30 mg of codeine, and #4 has 60 mg of codeine, but there is no #5. Both #3 and #4 contain 300 mg of acetaminophen (Tylenol). It is not recommended for adults to take more than 60 mg of codeine at a time... which may be why there is no Tylenol #5.
