Another infection: Go back and get checked again. If the discharge stopped with the treatment, then came back again, you have been re-infected, particularly if you had unprotected sex. Both partners should be treated ideally, and refrain from sex for 7 days to be sure one partner doesn't re-infect the other. Please be sure to protect yourself and your partners by always using condoms.
