Could be: If appendicitis was ruled out with a CT scan in the ER, it's reasonable to assume it may be musculoskeletal or even some referred back pain. A CT scan would most likely have picked up a kidney stone - can also cause some flank pain that radiates down to the groin. Would see a primary care doc for further investigation.
