Exam needed: Without a physician inspecting this lesion a diagnosis is not possible. It could be a wen, inclusion cyst, ingrown hair, or an enlarged lymph node. If symptoms persist, worsens,or the lump doesn't recede within a week or so, see your physician or a dermatologist..
