No - not pregnant: Impossible w/out sex of a sort that would allow active sperm to enter your womb to fertilize a viable egg. You probably should have an exam, but it's most possibly constipation. Drink more water, eat more fruit/veggies and maybe try a gentle laxative once or twice. If this continues, do visit a Dr. Ask for good info on both conception and diet while there. Best!
