BV? STD? Herpes?: Could be various problems, maybe more than thing wrong. Discharge w/ strong odor suggest bacterial vaginosis, an overgrowth of mostly normal bacteria; or trichomonas, an STD. But these don't usually itch or cause bumps or cysts. Herpes is possible, also gonorrhea, chlamydia, or other STDs. Get checked ASAP, sooner the better for accurate diagnosis and effective treatment, esp. if it's herpes.
