Pain under ribs: Hello ~ this does not sound at all right. I think you should see an ER doc tonite to make sure you dont have a ruptured appendix or any compromise of the GIT from stomach to anus. Any rupture in the bowel releases air and the air rises up and settles under the diaphragm causing pain. Xrays CT and sort this out but dont ignore it. It could be serious thanks
