I have red marks left from acne, i have had it for some time is there any creams that will help fade them?

I don't think so: Those red marks are likely to be some kind of hypertrophic and vascular scar. You might be able to lighten or remove them with a laser treatment and/or botox. See a dermatologist for the best options. Good luck!
