My boyfriend has norovirus. i haven't gotten it so far. i work in healthcare and worry i could spread the illness. should i stay home from work?

Probably OK, but...: If you are infected, you'll probably have obvious symptoms. I see no reason why you should not keep working until or unless that happens -- but you might be especially attentive to gloving and other forms of infection protection for the next few days. Double check with the infection control personnel at your place of work and follow whatever their advice is even if dfferent than mine.
