What happens when atyprical absent seziure goes untreated adult?

Comments: Do YOU have seizures, or are you inquiring about someone else? Regardless, epilepsy should be treated due to manifest risks while driving, using power equipment, swimming, doing activities at heights. Not only is there risk to individual and others, but even a risk of dying in one's sleep (SUDEP). See a neurologist before too late.
