Ive been having a piercing pain my my upper thigh that happens after i play soccer. what does this mean?

Myositis: Probable muscle strain. Use ice and ibuprofen if needed. More training will solve the problem but you are currently at max on that muscle which is the leg-crossing one- sartorial or the rectus femurs you use for straight kicking. Do not increase you training until it goes away but do not stop.
