Bad period: If your pregnancy tests are negative, unlikely to be miscarriage unless you were positive before and now negative. It sounds like you get period cramps so is most likely that. PMS is something else. you may have dysmenorrhea, not PMS.

Cyclic?: if this happens before your menses on a regular basis, it is likely due to PMS. NSAIDS can help. A negative pregnancy test around the time of your menstrual cycle will also support that its likely PMS. Warm compressed may also help. Best Wishes Dr M
