Probably not: Trichomonas generally does not infect the oral cavity, and therefore not transmitted by oral sex. If you have vaginal trich, of course you should get it treated and best to avoid all sex until then. However, performing oral sex on your partner -- or him performing oral on you -- probably is risk free. But other STDs often co-exist with trich, so maybe risk of gonorrhea, chlamydia, etc.
