Please clarify: When you state you are not sexually active, does that include oral sex, manual stimulation by your partner (fingering)? STIs can be transmitted finger or mouth to vagina/anus; not just penis to vagina/anus. If you have not had any unprotected sexual contact, then the most likely diagnosis is a furuncle due to a clogged/inflamed hair follicle, more likely if you shave your pubic area. Get checked
